OUR POSITIONS TO FILL
Spontan
Agence FDM is looking for a graphic designer to join its team. Under the supervision of the internal team of the design graphic department, the graphic designer will have the mandate to design and produce visual material of impact for a multitude of media and platforms. Tasks : • Carry out all stages of graphic processing (graphic design, editing and artistic direction of projects); • Participate in the design and variation of media content creation social; • Create visuals for clients' social media calendars; • Video editing for social media; • Creation of newsletters (distributed on Mailchimp, Cyberimpact, etc.); • Layout of press relations documents (media invitation, press release, press kits, etc.); • Layout of presentations for potential and current clients; • Develop campaign concept sales models; • Process photos of projects; • Digital retouching and creation of photo concepts in close collaboration with the agency photographer; • Perform any other responsibilities and/or tasks related to the position. Technical skills : • Mastery of the Adobe suite oPhotoshop o Illustrator o Premiere Pro oInDesign o Lightroom • Mastery of CapCut • Knowledge of Canva • Mastery of files related to web formats • Mastery of printing processes Technical qualities considered as assets: • Good knowledge of social media and/or digital trends; • Adobe After Effects; • Experience in digital retouching; • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the MAC environment. Professional requirements and skills: • Ability to analyze and understand customer needs; • Work efficiently and meet tight deadlines; • Strong ability to generate creative concepts and present them; • Be methodical and have attention to detail; • Creativity, autonomy and initiative; • Have a good overview of the work; • Be resourceful, fast and know how to collaborate at all levels; • Compliance with instructions and deadlines; • Good stress management; • Ability to establish and respect deadlines; • Good ability to work in a team; • Provision of solutions to improve efficiency and production output; • Contribute creatively to the constant evolution of Agence FDM projects.
